The Strategic Intelligence Architecture (SIA) was developed from a single observation: most leadership frameworks describe what effective leaders do, but very few explain the cognitive structure that makes that effectiveness possible.

The SIA proposes that strategic thinking is not a general capability: it is a structured architecture of eight cognitive engines operating in two functional clusters. Understanding your architecture is the precondition for intentional development.

This whitepaper presents Version 1.2 of the theoretical framework, including the full measurement architecture, the capability hierarchy, and the organizational application layer.

Note: SIA scores are directional indicators derived from response patterns. They are not validated psychometric measurements.
