What is the Role Fit Triage measuring?

It compares an individual's demonstrated behavioral capabilities against a specific role's demands: across five dimensions. It is a role-referenced diagnostic, not a standalone personality or intelligence test. The role's requirements are defined first; the individual's profile is measured against that baseline. This is what makes it more actionable than a general capability profile.

Should I take the scan or the full triage?

Take the scan if you want a quick directional read before committing. It covers two of the five dimensions and takes under three minutes. Take the full triage if the role decision is consequential: accepting a new role, placing a hire, planning a succession, or deciding whether to invest in development. The full triage gives you the complete picture with all five dimensions, role demand calibration, and a permanent report.

Who is the HR mode for?

HR professionals, talent partners, and hiring managers who want to evaluate a candidate's fit for a specific role based on direct observation: interview data, reference feedback, and track record evidence. The scoring instructions change to observer-framed language; the scoring logic is identical. The resulting report is framed as a hiring recommendation rather than a self-development profile.

How does this connect to the Six Levels Assessment?

The judgment dimension in the Role Fit Triage is directional: it tells you whether there is a gap and roughly how large it is. The Six Levels of Judgment Assessment gives you precision: your exact operating level across six capability dimensions, your Zone of Resistance, and your specific development path. If your triage shows a judgment gap, the Six Levels Assessment is the logical next instrument.
